Staff Sergeant Travis Mills and Kelsey Mills

Chloe Mills is the daughter of Staff Sergeant Travis Mills (of Vassar, Michigan) and Kelsey Mills. Chloe was selected as one of the 2014 Willis Foundation Scholarship Recipients. She will receive a future-use scholarship for her college tuition and expenses. Chloe was almost 7 months old at the time of her dad's accident.
