ELIZABETH (LIZZY) JULIANdaughter of
Elizabeth Julian is the daughter of SSgt. David Julian (of Plainwell, Michigan) and Erin Julian. Elizabeth was selected as the 2010 Willis Foundation Scholarship Recipient. She will receive a future-use scholarship for her college tuition and expenses.
Elizabeth was only 3 months old when her father passed away.
